Delivery Information

Order Processing:

All orders are processed during business hours (Monday – Friday) on the day we receive them..
Orders received and paid for before midday will be posted the same day. 
Orders received after midday will generally be shipped the next day.  
Orders with payment via EFT Bank transfer or Pay Pal e-cheque will not be shipped until payment clears

Small orders will usually be sent with Australia Post eParcel service & larger bulky items will usually be sent with Star Track.
In either case, you will receive an email tracking advice from us as soon as your shipment has been sent.

Typical delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but all parcels can be tracked online with your consignment number.
 

Tax Invoices:

All of our shipments include a tax invoice.  We also note shipping charges on the tax invoice.

Tracking Your Package:

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our warehouse. 
This email will contain your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website for your package.
 

Customer Collection:

Customer collection from our Moffat Beach warehouse is acceptable but by prior arrangement only as this allows our
team time to pack your order.  You should select “Pick up at store” at checkout and contact us following your purchase
if you want to arrange to collect your items.

 If you have a need for your items by a specific time or date, please contact us prior to purchasing the item/s to
confirm that you can collect by your required date/time.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders picked up at our store must be paid for with the correct cash as
we do not have EFTPOS facilities at the office.
 

Important Information:

All orders are sent door-door, they can be tracked online & usually need to be signed for.
However, if you are happy for your order to be left without signature, please ensure you make a note
of this in the delivery instruction box & we will be happy to do this.
